One of the most ambitious residential pool projects ever built in North Texas. This private Dallas estate features a winding lazy river as the centerpiece of a sprawling outdoor living complex that rivals luxury resort facilities.
The lazy river wraps through the entire backyard, connecting multiple zones — a deep diving pool with elevated diving ledge and custom above-ground slide, a relaxing upper pool connected to a second slide, and a secondary pool with its own large slide built atop a structure housing bathrooms and storage.

At the heart of the lazy river sits a sunken fire pit with padded seating — accessible only by wading through the water, creating an intimate gathering space surrounded by the flowing river. A Vegas-style cabana loft overlooks the complex with lounging, dining, and serving areas.
The outdoor living spaces include two full outdoor kitchens — one under a covered shade structure lined with imported Italian tile and another adjacent to the house. Automated umbrellas provide shade across multiple lounge areas. Tempered glass railings line the steep edges for safety while maintaining unobstructed views. Multiple bridges cross the lazy river at different points.
Water features include a Bellagio-style fountain with choreographed effects and drink fountains throughout the space. An indoor spa connects to the upper pool through a sliding glass door — step from the air-conditioned spa directly into the outdoor water. A sunken in-ground trampoline provides entertainment beyond the pools.
The entire property is wired with distributed speakers for music, comprehensive LED lighting for nighttime ambiance, and outdoor shower facilities.
