Who can refer someone?
Anyone! You don't need to be an existing Prestige customer. If you know someone who's thinking about building a pool, adding outdoor living features, or needs pool maintenance, send them our way and earn your reward.
How do I get my $500 referral reward?
Once the person you referred begins their pool or outdoor living project with Prestige, you choose your reward — $500 cash or 3 months of free pool service. We'll reach out to confirm your choice.
Can I refer more than one person?
Absolutely. There's no limit to the number of referrals you can submit. Each qualifying referral earns its own reward.
How does the maintenance referral work?
Refer a friend to our weekly pool maintenance. When they sign a 1-year maintenance contract, you get a free month of service and they get their first month free. Both rewards apply automatically.
When do I receive my reward?
For new pool and outdoor living referrals, your reward is issued when the referred customer's project begins construction. For maintenance referrals, both free months are credited when the new customer signs their 1-year contract.
Is there a time limit on referrals?
No. Our referral program is ongoing. Submit a referral anytime — there is no expiration date on the program.
