The Prestige Difference
One Team, One Design, One Build
Every element — pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, fire features, covered patio, hardscape, and landscape — is designed together from day one. Not pieced together by different contractors with different visions and different timelines.
This is what sets Prestige apart. Your project manager coordinates every trade, every material, and every detail so the finished backyard feels like it was always meant to be there — because it was designed that way from the start.
Common Questions
Prestige Collection FAQ
The Prestige Collection includes everything in the Signature package plus a full outdoor kitchen, fire features, covered patio or pergola, premium natural stone hardscape, landscape lighting, complete landscape design, HIDE equipment enclosure, custom water features, and full design coordination across every element of your backyard.
Prestige Collection projects are larger in scope, so they take longer than a standard pool build. Timelines depend on your design, permitting, HOA approval and weather. Your proposal includes a project schedule.
We handle everything. That is the core advantage of the Prestige Collection — one design team, one build team, one point of contact. Pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, fire features, covered patio, hardscape, landscaping, and lighting are all designed and built by Prestige. No juggling contractors, no finger-pointing between trades.
Yes. We work with lending partners who specialize in home improvement financing and can accommodate larger project scopes. Multiple term lengths and competitive rates are available. Ask about financing during your design consultation.
