Modern Pool with Luxury Loungers & Outdoor Living — Prosper, TX

Project Details

This luxury modern pool in Prosper, TX sets a new standard for resort-style backyard living. The geometric pool features crystal blue polished plaster and is equipped with a heater/chiller system for year-round water temperature control. In-pool luxury loungers with umbrellas line one side of the pool, creating a private tanning and relaxation zone, while built-in bar stools along the tanning ledge offer a swim-up seating experience. A raised spa with spillover cascades into the main pool, and multiple water fountain features along the raised wall add soothing movement and visual drama. The outdoor living space centers on a massive cedar pergola with a vaulted ceiling, large ceiling fan, embedded lighting, and electrical wired directly into the posts. Inside the pergola, a stone fireplace with a mounted TV anchors a comfortable seating area with nautical-themed decor. An outdoor dining area with an umbrella-shaded table seats eight for alfresco entertaining. The travertine deck features blended stone deck drains that disappear into the hardscape, and a turf yard provides a low-maintenance green space. Every detail — from the stonework lighting to the coordinated blue-and-white furnishings — reflects a cohesive, luxury design built by Prestige Pool & Patio.
